THE PROGRAM

The MBA program includes a highly engaging tour of the Silicon Valley where our students are welcomed by various 21″1 century leading companies such as Google, Gene rai Electric, Linked’ln and star-up companies. There they will get hands-on experience on how these companies were built from a garage start up to the giants they are now.

This exposure develops a mindset that young entrepreneurs should aspire to THINK BIG and pursue their passion. Not only will they have an idea about building a project from their home base, but they will be encouraged to pursue opportunities around the world.

Students prepare a project based on a similar theme and present it to a panel of jury members from their host companies. Constructive feedback from the expert panel allows the students to learn about current trends in the international market, best management practices, and receive personalized and expert advice on project management with a diversified team.

EDOUARD BELLIN

MBA, Class of 2014

A wise professor of mine from The American Business School of Paris once told us that, “Intercultural management is about breaking cultural barriers”. The American Business School of Paris does exactly that. My experience during the MBA program was both intellectually challenging as well as culturally diverse. Having a class that was diverse in culture and ethnicity played an incredible role on creating an insightful class discussion among my peers and professors.

We had very intelligent and well-versed professors who were not only knowledgeable on the topic at hand but also the world of business in general.

The program had a great balance between theory lectures as well as practical training and or trip to Silicon Valley was a great experience all together that definitely added to the value of the MBA program. Being able to hear from successful entrepreneurs their own experience and providing us with real world advice was a great way to learn outside of the classroom.

Over all the MBA program from The American Business School of Paris was excellent and was definitely the best year in my life as a student.

FRANCESCA MANDIGMA

MBA, Class of 2015

With students from all over the world, The American Business School of Paris program is truly an international MBA. The program creates a dynamic where students work individually and in groups to forge their analytical, communication and negotiating skills in a multicultural environment. The program is rigorous and complete.

In the first semester, students will study core subjects such as marketing, human resources, organizational behavior, finance, innovation and negotiating. Then in the second semester students select one of three specializations: Geopolitics, Entrepreneurship or Communications.

As the innovation and entrepreneurship professor, and on behalf of the other professors in the specialization, I see students obtain hands-on experience through working on their own start-up or development projects.

The experience prepares them for a future in today’s rapidly changing and innovation-focused business world.

RICHARD THOMPSON

Innovation and Entrepreneurship Professor

After an engineering diploma and 7 years of work experience in my country, Colombia, I had decided to improve my managerial skills and increase my international business competences by following MBA studies. Having selected Paris as my next location to live and work and after a thorough research I found out the American Business School of Paris was my best choice… and I was not wrong.

MBA classes were just great! Professors coming from different industrial backgrounds sharing with me their long international experience and practical knowledge in project management, corporate finance, international management and accounting among other disciplines that I am taking advantage of today at work.

The brilliant group of MBA fellows coming from around the world with their very diverse work experiences and professional objectives challenged me and enriched my learning process. ABSParis was to me a meaningful experience, which I recommend anyone identifying with the spirit of the school: challenge, multiculturalism, adaptability and excellence.
