Our MBA program meets the needs of organizations to have specific profiles, equipped with advanced technical skills (data management coupled with digital skills, integration and use of different channels etc.) with a good understanding of the business, the strategy of the company as well as the ability to forecast and adapt. This is a direct response to the new skills needs of the labor market.
TARGETED ACTIVITIES
The Omnichannel Marketing Strategy Manager’s mission is to increase the visibility or awareness of the company or brand (internally/externally, in France or internationally), to boost sales as well as to optimize profitability. His/her activity is linked to the company’s strategy and organization.
Faced with the needs and behaviors of consumers and the competition, the Omnichannel Marketing Strategy Manager will guide the company towards growth markets, develop or optimize a product and/or service offering and support the sales action.
His/her objective: to find the best match between the offer and the demand of a previously targeted clientele, to develop it and to build loyalty. He/she is thus able to propose, design and deploy, with his/her internal and/or external teams, personalized and optimized experiences whatever the customer’s entry path using different traditional and digital levers, interacting with each other in order to maximize the points of contact between the customers (or prospective customers) and the company or brand.
