1. Purpose, basis for processing collected data, and duration

 

 The processing of your data is carried out in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

In the context of using this website, you may provide a certain amount of personal data such as your name, email address, and phone number, postal address in order to benefit from the services offered by the site and to receive responses to your information requests. Your data may also be processed for analysis and surveys.

Data processing may be based on:

  • The legitimate interest of the data controller in providing you with services when the purpose concerns managing customer relations or documentation requests;
  • The performance of a contract to which you are a party or the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request, particularly when you complete an application or registration file;

  • Whether this data is mandatory or optional for managing your request;

Once the retention period has expired regarding the purposes of the processing, your data is kept in intermediate archiving for a duration in accordance with applicable prescription provisions.

2. Data recipients

Authorized personnel from administrative, communication, recruitment, commercial, and management services as well as our potential service providers are the recipients of your data.

Your transmitted personal data are exclusively intended for authorized personnel of the School. They are never sold, marketed, or rented to third parties at any time.

3. Security and confidentiality of your data

The data controller implements appropriate measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data and, in particular, to prevent them from being distorted, damaged, or accessed by unauthorized third parties.

4. Your rights / Contact

You can request from the data controller, through its Data Protection Officer (DPO) whose contact details are below, access to your personal data, rectification or erasure thereof, or limitation of processing, or the right to object to processing and the right to data portability, under the conditions provided for in EU Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. You are also informed of your right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
