Objectives
The Postgraduate Degree in Business Growth & Profit – Retail Management Track at IFAG Paris trains students to manage and develop retail business units through strong commercial strategy, team leadership, financial performance, and project management.
Take appropriate initiatives to expand market share within a defined retail area, strengthening and enhancing the brand image and commercial impact of the business unit among customers and prospects

Lead and manage teams by sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, training, motivating, assessing and developing talent, while maintaining a positive social climate that supports the commercial and marketing growth of the organization

Ensure the long-term sustainability of operations by monitoring and analysing performance and implementing relevant actions to support growth and optimise the use of allocated resources

Manage the legal, insurance, property and regulatory aspects related to the structure, operations and implementation of statutory requirements

Oversee managerial, financial, administrative and commercial activities in alignment with the company’s overall strategy and corporate policy

With a focus on Corporate Social Responsibility and innovation, the program equips international students with the skills to grow and optimize retail operations in France and worldwide.
